Retention of the existing residence and enhancing the existing pre-war architecture was not the only challenging aspect in designing this extensive renovation and addition. The clients brief also included:- 4 car accommodation, large wine cellar, ample storage, two master bedroom suites, future lift potential, large indoor and outdoor living areas, a swimming pool, lawn area for Maggie (the family labrador), and taking full advantage of amazing city views. The resulting three storey, 600m² home achieved all this, whilst still leaving enough running space for Maggie.
